Set up on iPhone or iPad

  • Step 1 - Find and click Settings on your iDevice. on iPhone1
  • Step 2- Scroll down and select Mail, Contacts, Calendars. (Please note:- For iOS versions 10.3.4 and higher, select Accounts & Passwords.) on iPhone2
  • Step 3 - Select Add Account. on iPhone3
  • Step 4 - Scroll down and select Other. on iPhone4
  • Step 5- Select Add Mail Account. on iPhone5
  • Step 6 - Enter the Name you wish to display to others when sending an E-mail, your full E-mail Address and the Password for the E-mail account. The description will mirror the E-mail Address by default, although you may change it. on iPhone6
  • Step 7 - Tap the Next button. on iPhone7
  • Step 8- Ensure that IMAP is selected at the top and that the name, address and description have been carried over. Scroll down and enter in the Host Name field and your full E-mail Address in the User Name field under the Incoming Mail Server section.) on iPhone8
  • Step 9 - Enter without the quotes in the Host Name field and your full E-mail address in the User Name field under the Outgoing Mail Server section. Enter the Password for the E-mail account. on iPhone9
  • Step 10 - Tap the Next button. on iPhoneX
  • Step 11- Turn Mail syncing ON. on iPhone11
  • Step 12 - Click Save to complete the setup of your on your iPhone. on iPhone12

Set up on an Android device

Step 1 - From your Android phone's Home screen, go to Settings > Accounts > Add Account, and if necessary, choose the account type E-mail.

  • Step 2 - Enter your e-mail address and password, and press Manual Setup. on Android1
  • Step 3- Choose IMAP Account. on Android2
  • Step 4 - Enter the following incoming and outgoing server information and press Sign In (C) when finished (see below). on Android4

  • Step 5 - Select Optionally, you can change the Period to sync E-mail and Sync schedule. To continue, press Sign In. on Android5
  • Step 6 - Set your Account name (optional) and the name that will be displayed in outgoing e-mails. It is suggested to use your e-mail address as the account name to differentiate it from any other e-mail accounts you may set up on your phone. Finally, press Done to finish. on Android6

Set up on Windows Outlook or Windows Mail app

Step 1 - Click Accounts > Add new account

Step 2 - Click Other account from the available options.

Step 3 - Select IMAP and then click Connect.

Step 4 - The input panel for your account data will open. Expand it by clicking Show more details.

Using webmail

You can log in to your email from any internet connected device using secure 1 & 1 webservers.

Just go to and enter your email and password. webmail
